Shipping

Our shipping and return policies are very important to us because they insure that we can provide the highest level of service and product quality to our customers. Action Sports Factory only ships first quality merchandise.

All items shipped by ASF are checked for quality twice, once when received and once again when shipped. Items sealed in original packaging will not be opened for inspection but all goggles and sunglasses are inspected to insure first quality of all lenses and frames.

We ask that you carefully review our shipping policies before placing an order.

ASF will ship most orders within 2 business days of receipt. If your order should contain a backordered item, you will be notified by email, from service@actionsportsfactory.com with available options and conditions. Our base shipping rate is $9.95 and most smaller items are shipped by First Class Postal Service. Domestic US orders are shipped by either Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS on contents and destination. Rush shipping is available for most products to most locations. For Overnight or Express Delivery, order must be placed before 1:00 pm EDT and are best called in to our Customer Service Department at 1-800-776-5367. Certain products are shipped by United States Postal Service so please provide as much detailed delivery information as possible to include PO Boxes. If US Postal Service is utilized, you will receive notification by email of your shipment along with a Delivery Confirmation number. Shipping charges are not refunded on refused or undeliverable orders.

We use FedEx Ground and the United States Postal Service to ship most of our products. Free FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service shipping on all domestic orders shipped within the continental United States will be applied at the time of checkout. Free shipping does not apply to customer requested Express or Priority shipments. Action Sports Factory reserves the right to select the best method of shipping. Please provide both your mailing address and your physical address at the time of checkout. We will contact you by email with any questions and you may contact us with any questions.

International Shipping

We strongly urge all international customers to contact us prior to making a purchase. All international customers will receive an email from us detailing shipping charges and an estimate of delivery times.

In most cases, ASF uses Priority or First Class International Mail service to ship international orders. Shipments leaving the U.S.A. may be subject to import duties, tariffs, value added taxes (VAT) and/or customs clearance fees that are the customers responsibility and not included in the shipping charges billed by ASF. The customer is responsible for all additional charges on orders leaving the United States. Please contact your local Customs office for more information. For destinations other than Canada, please obtain a shipping quote prior to or at the time of placing an order.

Merchandise that is refused by international customers due to the refusal to pay duties, tariffs, or taxes will not refunded until the merchandise is received back to Action Sports Factory and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, no exceptions. Outbound shipping charges and return shipping charges are never refunded. If the merchandise fails to reach ASF, no refund will be provided. International customers that have placed orders that contain backordered items will be sent an email notification regarding the of status of their order.
